We are from out of town and stopped here for breakfast on our way home. We were so pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this cafe was! Since our daughter has celiac disease, we’re always very cautious when eating out, and we also try to eat as clean and healthy as possible. They had a gluten-free waffle option for our daughter, which was such a huge plus for us. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and high quality. On top of that, the service was impeccable. They were kind, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable about the food allergy concerns. Finding places that can accommodate dietary needs while still serving amazing food isn’t always easy, so this was truly a great experience. We will definitely be back the next time we travel through St. George!

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming — like a cozy, upscale diner with real heart. The food is consistently outstanding, always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Portions are generous and everything comes out hot and perfect every time. The service is genuinely friendly and attentive, making you feel like a valued regular right away. It’s ideal for a relaxed morning meal, a quick lunch, or a leisurely weekend get-together. If you’re in St. George, you have to try Liberty Café. You’ll leave happy and already planning your next visit. This local gem deserves all 5 stars!
Best Cafe Breakfast I've had in UT!!! work an Family bring me through here every month or so... this is my new breakfast stop 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 The Wisky Tango Foxtrot Toast is the best version of this, that ive ever had... my F.I.L. got the Steamy Pile... it was so flavorful!!!! And my wife got the a French Toast (in forgot the name of it on the menu 🤦🏻♂️) that is PURE BREAKFAST CANDY!!!! And because im a heathen i enjoyed a Diet DP with my meal while others enjoyed energy drinks, Teas, coffees, and fancy aluminum cans of water bottled in FL... Lets make em famous for ALL the right reasons!!!!
Had an amazing experience here! A big group of about 30+ of us came in, and the staff handled it incredibly well. They were friendly, patient, and kept everything running smoothly even with such a large crowd. The food and drinks came out great and everyone in our group was happy. Really appreciate the awesome service and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!
I genuinely think this French toast changed me as a person. The crunch on the outside?? INSANE. Like perfectly golden, crispy, caramelized heaven while the inside stayed soft and fluffy. Every bite had that satisfying crunch that made me immediately understand why it’s called French Toast Crunch. I actually had to pause after the first bite because my brain needed a second to process how good it was. I would fight traffic, cancel plans, and cross state lines for this plate again.
The owner took our order and was very kind and sweet! She was very helpful explaining everything! The food was delicious and the coffee was as well! We got the Charlie Foxtrot Sierra and the Biscuit Omelette Sandwich and both were above expectations. Will absolutely be coming back!!
This place is amazing. Best fries I’ve ever had and the burger was awesome! Our kids loved the chicken strips which are house made and cooked in beef tallow. Jessi the manager is great and went above and beyond for our family. We’ll be frequent customers for sure. Love that they support and have pride for our country!
To start, the service is so great! The staff were all so kind and helpful. I loved the atmosphere and the place is very clean. The food was amazing! So great, we stopped by again on our way back through town. The ultimate grilled cheese is great and the bacon is perfectly caramelized and not too crispy. The steamy pile of hash browns had a lot of flavor to it as well! Definitely stop by here!
Seriously incredible food! My husband loved the pastrami and I Loved the ultimate grilled cheese. The kids ate every bite of their meal and said, "this food is amazing, when can we come back!?" They loved the burger and fries in their kids meal. They even brought out some fun army toys for the kids to play with while we waiting for our food. Great staff checking in on us and so kind and happy. We will be back and bringing friends to try it out!
On our way back to Idaho from Vegas. Did a quick search for breakfast and found Liberty Cafe'. What a lucky find!! The food was fantastic! I had the cinnamon toast french toast...SO yummy, hubby had the Biscuit Omelet which he described as "an explosion of flavor". The food came out very fast. The atmosphere is wonderful paying homage to our men and women serving our great country, and the owners were so friendly and welcoming! Not to mention the VERY nice people (customers) we met during our visit. I highly recommend this place!! We'll definitely stop again next time driving through St George.
